How long does it take for cheek swelling to go down after a wisdom tooth extraction?

And what can I do to speed up the process? Is it normal for the cheek to swell after a tooth extraction?

Like any bruising, about 2 weeks is normal. Any discolouration can take longer.

There is nothing you can do to speed this up. It's just the way bruises go, like anywhere else on your body too.
