Tooth extraction?

Hi, I am going to have an upper tooth extracted tomorrow along with a filling done on the bottom on the left side of my mouth. The upper tooth has died for some unexplained reason. All that is left is the root. My dentist said it will probably be kind of difficult to get out. What am I looking at here on pain management? Will my other teeth slant if don't get a bridge right away? I cant afford the bridge right now since my insurance has run out.

Tooth extraction?
Hey, don't panic ! If the tooth is dead, there will be little or no pain and you will feel much better when it is gone. The gum will fill in in a few days and I am sure it will be fine. Just listen to your Dentist for advice and follow it !
Reply:So, you can go to the dentist tomorrow confidently with a fully loaded gun of interesting queries to be shot at him/her and make sure that the tooth-killer answers all of them before he/she hits your teeth!
Reply:it will slant in about 6 months to a year. and your bottom teeth will also rise into the extracted area. so you have about 6 months to a year to save. hope this helps
Reply:A few Viacadan for a couple of days wouldn't hurt and the tooth doesn't have to be replaced immediately, although they will tell you that, but it needs fixed in a timely manner.
Reply:debbie most upper teeth come right out...the eye teeth are hard to get out however.feels like somebodys snatching yer eye out when that ones being pulled.it dont hurt none, they deaden the area pretty good, and ask ye constantly if ye feels anythang.your teeth wont slant,it will feel weird though.
