Wisdom tooth extraction?

How long does it take for a wisdom tooth extraction site to fully recover? I mean when do you stop worrying about getting the blood clot dislodged so you wouldnt have the dry socket?

Wisdom tooth extraction?
I've been through this operation twice. In my case, it took me 3days before the actual bleeding stopped. Your's could be longer or shorter depending on the ability of your blood to clot and the activities you are doing.

I suggest you don't travel far after the operation, stop spitting, and avoid eating hot/steamy food. Dab on some ice on your check once in a while but not too long. After the bleeding stopped, put some hot compress on your cheek to relieve the stress on that area.

Rest, rest, and rest. In just a week, you'll be on your toes again.
Reply:mine cleared up within 1 week. Try eating on other side and rinse well after eating so that no food gets trapped in the cavity
